The summit's primary focus is to provide educational leadership with practical strategies to 1) advance their organization, 2) implement these practices in their daily work, and 3) enhance the visibility of our field. All presenters and volunteers receive FREE access to the entire summit. Given that this information is thoroughly researched, discussed, and practically applied, I/Os can secure a ticket for full access at a cost of $99.

Speaking Slots

The event features 15 total I-O main speaking slots, with 5 daily opportunities for main speakers to deliver a 55-minute presentation each day. Additionally, there are 10 total academic leader speaking sessions available for Friday, allowing speakers to present for 45 minutes on the most effective employee experiences implemented. For those looking to share their insights quickly, we offer 30 speed learning sessions, with 10 slots each day for 15-20 minute recorded sessions designed to introduce your research or area of expertise, along with practical ways to apply these practices. Lastly, there will be unlimited poster presentations, featuring a 5-minute recorded video and access to the latest research.
