Wednesday - All About Leadership and Workplace Culture
Thursday - Advancing the Employee Experience: Story of Employee Wellbeing, Engagement, and Sense of Belonging/Mattering
Friday: Day of Practice - where Exhibitors and Sponsors will have slots to do 45-minute consultations. Access to Poster Presentations and Speed Sessions will be presented on this day
Speaking Slots
15 Total I-O Main Speaking Slots: 5 daily slots for main speakers to do a 55-minute presentation for each day.
10 Total Academic Leader Speaking Session: 10 slots for Friday's session to do a 45-minute presentation on the best employee experience implemented.
30 Speed Learning Session: 10 daily slots for 15-20 minute recorded sessions to try to minute recorded sessions to introduce your research or area of expertise and applicable ways to incorporate the practices.
Unlimited Poster Presentations: 5-minute recorded video and access to current research
