HBCU I/O Psychology Task Force
The HBCU I/O Psychology Task Force is a community-driven initiative dedicated to increasing I/O psychology presence, practice, and pathways within Historically Black Colleges and Universities. The Task Force works to connect I/O practitioners with HBCU institutions, support I/O education at HBCUs, and build community among I/O professionals with HBCU ties.
This is one of The Academic I/O's most important field-building efforts — rooted in community, access, and the belief that I/O psychology has a critical role to play in strengthening HBCU institutions and the people inside them.
