What Academic I/Os Do

Academic I/Os help institutions improve leadership, team effectiveness, employee experience, talent systems, performance practices, selection, onboarding, organizational change, data use, workforce development, and student-facing systems.

This work requires academic systems fluency — understanding shared governance, faculty culture, mission-driven environments, and the unique structures of higher education, K–12, and affiliated institutions.
