The Academic I-O Background

Who we serve

We cater to leadership and strategic roles within higher educational institutions, K-12 schools, and community & vocational schools across the U.S., including VPs of Human Resources, Provosts, Board of Directors, and Center Directors. Our audience spans departments such as DEI, Talent Strategy, OD, and Leadership Development, as well as roles like Educational Consultants, Principals, and Career Transition Specialists.
